  • Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take up to 30–45 business days during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping  to most locations.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within 60 days of shipping, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
