📦 Return & Refund Policy

At The Fit Authority™ , we work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products at competitive prices. Because items are shipped directly from our partners, we only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You provide photo or video proof of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Incorrect size choice (please check our sizing guide before ordering).

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.


2. Return Process

  • Contact us at contact.thefitauthority@gmail.com with your order number and proof of the defect/damage.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

  • Do not send the product back to the address on the package; we will give you the correct return address.


3. Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, you may keep the item without returning it if the return shipping cost is higher than the item’s value.


4. Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days (or the tracking shows lost), we will issue a full refund or resend your order at no extra cost.
